FanFlex was conceptualized by Erik Nelson from being in the music and entertainment industry for the past 20 years. During the time spent in the industry, Erik observed the much needed demand for a tool to minimize risk and increase revenue for musicians. After a long conversation involving this subject at the Coachella Music Festival with his long time college friend Gian Perugini, the two decided that together they would to bring FanFlex to life.
FanFlex is an innovative platform that leverages leading music and tech trends to bring bands and fans together. Fan’s preferences and purchase intent give them a voice in the tour routing process. This comprehensive music fan data is the most reliable and consistent to-date in the concert touring industry and offers valuable insight to bands when routing their upcoming shows.
We set out to give bands the ability to create shows that they otherwise would not have been able to play. The platform is able to create shows out of thin air in places that the acts may never have considered performing. By mitigating the risk to bands, talent buyers, promoters, and venues alike, FanFlex gives them confidence that there is a paying audience out there committed to attending the shows. By not cutting jobs, we allow all parties involved to generate more revenue to bands, agents, and managers by maximizing income on the road by efficiently selling tickets, merchandise, and premium fan experiences. Venues can open their doors to more profitable shows. We envision FanFlex as the future.
