16 Nov No Fees, No Splits, No BS, Make 100% From Your Tickets With FanFlex!
By Brianna Gallegos
Currently, there are some common ticketing platforms available for independent artists at varying points in their careers. These include companies like Ticketmaster, Eventbrite, StubHub, SeatGeek, Ticketleap, etc. Each platform allows you to list your tickets for free, but when you sell a ticket, they take away fees such as processing and/or additional ticketing fees. These fees can range anywhere from a couple of cents to a couple of dollars per ticket, depending on the price at which you sell your ticket. Some ticketing platforms even have the option for you to absorb the fee or for your customer to pay the extra fees aside from the ticket price.
FanFlex is the opposite of other ticketing platforms; we are here as a tool for artists. For each show, we create a direct band-to-fan ticket link, so you don’t need to split it with other bands. To you, for you, all you. The only exception is selling at-the-door ticketing, where, as an example, half of the ticket sales could go to the venue and can even be split with the other bands performing for that night.
FanFlex knows how hard indie artists work to market and sell their tickets; that’s why not only do you get to list your tickets for free, but you also get to sell your tickets for free as well. There are no extra fees when you sell your tickets. What you sell them for is what you are going to receive.
Selling tickets is the primary way that many independent artists make money. Still, aside from selling tickets, artists try to maximize profit from their shows by selling merchandise such as t-shirts, hats, hoodies, bags, etc. And unlike the usual venues taking 20% of your merch sales, 99% of FanFlex’s venue partners take 0%, which gets you 100% of that profit. FanFlex always wants to ensure you maximize your profit as much as possible, so aside from profiting off your merch sales, you also make 100% from your ticket sales – No Fees, No Splits, No BS!
